Leaving Night City is the only way to get a chance of a better life, and Talia leaving Night City in the end with King gives her that chance even though she has to leave Roman to do it.
Yes, yes, because Night City is such a mess of corruption and oppression and so on. Talia's disease has nothing to do with that. She could be in any other city and she'd still be eating the same shit. Unless it was a European city, but you know.

If Talia was in any other city during this, she wouldn't have been chipped the hell up with Maelstrom chrome and just had Kang Tao chrome, and she'd especially not have been slotted with Capri's biochip which drove her crazy and nearly made her go full cyberpsycho. Only in Night City did that happen, no other city in the world would have that happen.

Ch'en is the clan's family name, not their first name. The Chen in Endflied is called Ch'en Qianyu, the one on the OG game is Ch'en Hui-chieh.

We're still not sure if M3 was Kal'tsit's Reconvener, Mon3tr Reconvener or how even an originium-based lifeform can Reconvene.
However, one of Kal'tsit's function was resurrective immortality, so it was possible that M3 was either resurrected Kal'tsit OR a creation of Dokutah and Priest meant to serve Endfield as guide.

Unless you're from an extremely long-lived race OR have the chance of being recorded in the Originium database and gets resurrected as Reconvener almost every OG arknights character would've died during the in-between time.
