I'm sure that no approver will look at a 1280x720 animation that perfectly recreates the Hol Horse and Boingo special ending created over 3-5 weeks with "Poor Quality". They may skip it but I can't imagine that any approver we have here would be so arrogant to label such hard work as poor quality. Well how about that, the very first one did it. I swear I will never understand what constitutes "Danbooru quality" if something like this that is essentially redrawing each frame of a 1 minute and 31 second official animation is "poor quality" then I will never understand what is good quality.

I think that it's just that they dont like the artstyle
The reason this couldn't happen is because Vegeta lost control in the moment. Super Saiyan 3 is a form based on control. Still, to think he surpassed Goku in 3 from RAGE alone is impressive. I actually think he's better off just snapping in this scene. He loses either way but at least he hits harder in Super Saiyan 2 with the rage boost. Kinda sad Daima is sorta stuck in it's own little continuity bubble for now.
Fuck outta here with that meme. Talia's miserable life has nothing to do with Night City being shit.
Really? I haven't watched the anime yet, but not being able to get a cybernetic mouth in Night City sounds like something that is related to socioeconomic factors.

Not even a meme, just the universal truth of Cyberpunk. If you are in Night City you're guaranteed to have a miserable life no matter the circumstances that happen to you. Leaving Night City is the only way to get a chance of a better life, and Talia leaving Night City in the end with King gives her that chance even though she has to leave Roman to do it.

Now it just sounds like Night City is a metaphor for something.
