Just a little information for those that don't know what "Amusement Makers" is (which included me until right now) and want to save a Google search, it's an unofficial student group in Tokyo Denki University (which is where ZUN went to). Members of the group would use the "Amusement Makers" name for their own works, hence why it shows up here.
I found the uncropped version of the photo and it appears that this is from a pamphlet for the 1998 Hayotama Festival, which is the annual fair held in the Hayotama campus at Tokyo Denki University.
Rukuriri looks good in this outfit, but whenever I see modern people dressing like ~18th century pirates, it makes me think of that "South Park" episode where Cartman wants to be a pirate and goes to Somalia. ๐ธ

Nevermind that wholly AI-generated posts are against the upload rules, anyway -- and the uploader had to read and agree to them before their first upload.

AI bros (also called cogsuckers) are a very weird bunch. They want to post their stuff in public, but then they don't want their crap to be called "AI slop". So they make their own small communities and tag their stuff as "AI-generated", but then nobody stops to look at their crap because they post similar pictures six times in a row. So they remove the "AI-generated" tag while crying that they're treated like lepers. And they get insulted again, so they retreat to their safe space and pretend they're some kind of avant-garde prophets.
The uploader is not the one who added the ai-generated tag, and of their 100+ uploads they only have 6 AI images. I don't know why you are assuming this was an intentional AI upload and not just a mistake.

Those AI Images were a mistake on my part and later did I realize they were IA generated, if I could I would have deleted them, my apologies to anyone who may have been upset by me; I will try to improve.
