She looks like Manhattan Cafe, but due to international fan-created content guidelines, she's not.
In what universe does this look like Manhattan Cafe? Even without the artist's clarification, the literal only thing they have in common is hair color.

With all due respect, I think you are taking my joke comment a little too seriously.
However, while I do agree that she is unique enough to not be Manhattan Cafe and should be tagged as such, I can't not see the similarities in hair color, eye color, hair length, horse ears, body type, and it doesn't help that this is a Uma Musume artist. The comparison is hanging so low that I don't even need to raise my arms to grab it.
At the end of the day I have no horse in this race, though.

Bro, what are you even talking about? The hair and eye color are the only real similarities. The ears are different, the hairstyle is different, none of Cafe's iconic design elements are present. The artist has drawn Cafe twice and she looks nothing like this. Even as a joke it's just a bad joke, so "low hanging" it's a rotten fruit on the floor.
We're literally taking two characters with a couple vague similarities and trying to act like they're practically identical.
I love these cute scenarios, and how they don't show Diana as like a child, or dumb, she is just naturally curious about things that she is not familiar with, back in Great Perfectionist Amazonia
The book Patchy has got seems to have something to do with PuyoPuyo. There is a puyo (puyopuyo) near the top, with the word "rensa" underneath. "Rensa" is the term for the chain combinations that are used in the game, and there is a usage of "GTR" in the game community to refer to a particular technique for creating the chain combos: https://puyonexus.com/wiki/GTR_for_Beginners
