You can't delete your own posts, but you don't need to do anything. The Approvers will just skip over this one and it will be deleted automatically after three days.
They could manually delete it, but they generally avoid doing that for accidental uploads because it also takes up five of the uploader's slots for three days. It's mainly reserved for trolls and spammers to stop them from uploading more.

That's not what the derivative work tag is for. Please check the wiki definition and the examples listed, the tag is used when the main body of the work is derived from another work.
The DeviantArt extractor has a bug that sometimes produces blurry images. You shouldn't hit post if it shows up blurry. I replaced it with the version you have up on Pixiv instead since that one's clearer and you changed the source link to it (and it also seems like the proper version from DeviantArt has the same MD5).
