"I am a great soft jelly thing. Smoothly rounded, with no mouth, with pulsing white holes filled by fog where my eyes used to be. Rubbery appendages that were once my arms; bulks rounding down into legless humps of soft slippery matter. I leave a moist trail when I move. Blotches of diseased, evil gray come and go on my surface, as though light is being beamed from within. Outwardly: dumbly, I shamble about, a thing that could never have been known as human, a thing whose shape is so alien a travesty that humanity becomes more obscene for the vague resemblance. Inwardly: alone. Here. Living under the land, under the sea, in the belly of AM, whom we created because our time was badly spent and we must have known unconsciously that he could do it better." - Mankind, upon enslaving itself with Abominable Intelligence.

Here’s also the original Blob Monster design from the 1995 MS-DOS point-and-click game I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream that this Wumpus version is based on. Knowing the context, this is potentially the most torturous image of Wumpus yet lol

Fun fact: every character said a part of the original monologue. In the novel, Ted says it. In the game, any survivor can be the unlucky survivor.
@NekoWaoka Can you give more proof than this? Please don't randomly accuse artists for AI out of nowhere.
Indigenous account design with 7H4ZE, the same commission plan (she didn't even bother to write new text and prices), the same art as 7H4ZE, only with a new style (for example, Pokemon Serperior) This isn't the first time this person has created a new account when he's accused of AI.

@NekoWaoka You're saying haze_(7h4ze) is the same artist? Either way, you need proof they use AI rather than a blind accusation.

You can verify this simply by checking her Twitter handle; it’s not hard. Besides, the artwork is full of artifacts—even this one: distorted line art, wings that are the wrong color, small details drawn clumsily as if the AI didn't understand what they were, and artifacts on the hair clip and choker.
Fully unrestrained, how long would Guilty last in the Baki universe? Be it she’s either defeated in battle, or she gives up trying to make sense of everything happening around her.
Okay, while I was first reading this, I reached the bottom left panel, had a flashback to post #2873707 (the start of chapter 8, by the way), and thought "Uh-oh." Also, while looking that post up, I tripped over post #10548141, which changed that thought to "Uh-oh!"
I was recently watching the episode where they put on these bodysuits to go into the full-dive VR world. It's one of those "if you get harmed in the game you get harmed in real life" situations apparently. That method of making characters experience consequences for their actions in the game world feels like a cheap cliche at this point (although I never really bought that concept even when The Matrix came out). I haven't heard of a realistic way to make the simulation feed back physical damage through the user's sensory inputs, and even if there were such a possibility it should be fairly trivial to put in filters or whatnot to limit the data output to safe levels.
At least they do seem to explore the idea of characters making avatars that look drastically different from their real-world appearance.
Sist's Freshman skill triggers automatically when she gets enough SP and causes her to shoot money out of a money gun, buffing the attack and attack speed of allies, and both Ner and Kyarot have abilities which boost the SP regeneration of their teammates, meaning that if they're all on the same team together Ner and Kyarot can force Sist to shoot money indefinitely.
Turns out this is the foreground from the cover page of chapter 81, colored in and put on a simpler background.
I'm going to have to go through the rest of gaston18's stuff EZ stuff here to see if it's all just colorizations now ...
I mean, many of this guy's stuffs are either colorized or traces and he did this for years. I don't know which ones that are actually drawn by him from scratch.
