That's artistic error, not has bad revision. Has bad revision means whatever image is at the source now compared to what we have on Danbooru is inferior and likely shouldn't be uploaded, such as the image being downscaled with no other changes.
Comes at a cost of mirroring this across the horizontal alongside their other changes.
