According to Pixiv Dictionary, this comic is what started a Japanese trend that centers around the phrase ふしだらな母と笑いなさい ("Go ahead and laugh at (your/this) loose mother") being used to encapsulate how Nishizumi Shiho had developed a cult following in fan art and doujin works, even earning the nickname "the woman whose doujinshi was made by her daughter" (娘より同人誌を作られた女), all despite having very few appearances in the TV anime and sequel movies. It's speculated that this phenomenon had contributed to her increasingly featuring in official illustrations dressed in swimsuits, Santa costumes, and other revealing outfits; quite a few pieces of fan art of similar nature are tagged with ふしだらな母と笑いなさい on Pixiv, incidentally.

There is, unfortunately, a dark side to this: Many of her doujin appearances involve netorare scenarios. Therefore, tread carefully if you decide to look up porn of her.

this image truly fascinates me. why was this drawn? was this a commission or a suggestion, or did it spring entirely from the mind of cocktiel77? is gasoline guzzling a niche but extant fetish, or is this work the first of its kind? why gasoline specifically? is it because eirin is being treated like an automobile? is it because gasoline is poisonous, making it more darkly exciting than inflation with less harmful substances such as water or food or cum? is it the transformation of the act of pumping gasoline from a mundane chore into a sexual activity? better art fails to evoke such wonder

I choose to believe there's some kinda pun in some language, otherwise I must assume cocktiel lusts to drink gasoline, and gets aroused whenever they're around a gas station

Asking someone as anti-trans as Rowling for genderbend literature is kinda funny.

When someone I like make something: "it's important to separate art from the artist."
When someone I don't like make something: "HEY SO GUYS THAT PERSON IS ANTI-TRANS, SO DO NOT BUY HER ART OR READ HER BOOKS EVER, BECAUSE REMEMBER, THAT PERSON IS EVIL AND DON'T FORGET TO REMIND EVERYONE IN CASE ONE OF US FORGET"
Double standards, man...

In this particular case, she's still profiting from Harry Potter, and funneling her book/movie/show profits into anti-trans charities and foundations, which has had noticeable effects on the UK's political climate. I don't think it's an ethical lapse to enjoy the work of someone with politics I disagree with, but I do have hesitations about contributing money to someone who has made it her explicit political goal to make me unable to hold office/deprive me of medication.

I'm gonna need a source on that, because all I heard was that she wanted a shelter for abused women to stay for women instead of also allowing men in, and absolutely nothing else. And even so, it seems to have been deformed into your usual "trans women are not women" thing by people who hate her for reasons that are still unclear.

Well, in this case, she donated 70k to a group which attempted to legally define womanhood in a way that excluded trans women,, specifically to enshrine a definition of womanhood in Scottish law that excludes trans women, and the shelter you describe is one that neither provides services to nor hires transgender women, defining womanhood as cis womanhood.
