I wonder if the artist knows there's an impossible pool of water in her lap. Either she peed herself, or spilled most of that bottle and has a watertight leg-lock.....but it sure as hell isn't the pool water level.
If I had a nickel for every piece of Frieren fanart I've seen that had a kikoho in it I'd have three nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened thrice.
At 00:17, the location text is NAGANO PREF__T___ JA where the underscore represents a character partially or completely covered by Renko and Merry's feet.

with how the location text at 00:20, TABAYAMA, YAMANASHI PREFECTURE, JAPAN, was formatted, i assume the location text at 00:17 says NAGANO PREFECTURE, JAPAN
Update: I was able to find archived links for all of the April Fools voice clips on the Wayback Machine. Enjoy hearing an old man pretend to be six teenage idols (that's how many were implemented at the time):
The witch makes a great point. They're worshipping something which undeniably exists, instead of going "nuh-uh, my gods totally exist, the priest told me so". That aside the hypocrisy of a Roman calling someone else a savage will never not amuse me.

Not trying to be that guy, but there's no proof that the Picts worshipped trees at all. It was much more likely that the trees were sacred to a Pictish god in their metaphysics. There's also no proof that the Picts had druidic practices at all, that was just sort of the assumption because the Gauls tended to have that practice. Also, the Romans assumed everyones gods were real. Like they literally collected them like the general Grievous lightsaber meme. The assumption was that if the tribes got this far, then their gods must be real. Interpretatio Romana was basically “ah, a fine addition to my collection.” and made integration pretty frictionless. The main thing the Romans were angry at with the Picts was that their priests had a power structure the Romans couldn't control.
So as of the latest chapter, Only One has a new name, Beauty. I haven't the foggiest on how to go about requesting a name change for a tag as well as aliasing Only One to her new name.
