This reminds me of how, whereas when you take a picture of some arbitrary location literally anywhere, and there happens to be a French flag in it, the lighting (around noon or in the early afternoon i reckon) can make the whole thing look strangely like Romania. This artwork absolutely nails that exact effect! Although considering her hair was gray, it couldn't possibly have been quite this yellowish in reality.
