When a character is implied to be a futanari, but their genitals aren't directly shown so it can't be determined with certainty. The fact that they're futanari can only be inferred indirectly through context clues, such as intercourse with a stomach bulge and cum, the presence of condom wrappers, or penetrative sex positions with thrusting and sex noises.
It doesn't matter whether the character is canonically a futanari or not, whether related pictures show a penis or not, or whether the artist states that it is futanari. All that matters is what can be seen in the image itself.
Implied futanari posts may be tagged futanari, but generally shouldn't be tagged yuri.
