The tagging is not consistent. Look at post #11448677. Visible breasts, but has the 1boy tag.
This character is a shemale. Kongou usually isn't, obviously, but this artist's version is. She does not have a pussy. If you still don't want that tag used, then alright.

but if you give them medium breasts or larger that is futanari

that's why bridget in post #9723482 is 1girl genderswap and post #7788182 is 1girl futanari

basically i'm saying at least you can make an argument in the case. there is no argument for "character is a girl with huge tits artist gave it a penis so now it's tagged as a boy". nobody is going to agree with that logic

That's incorrect. Whether the character is called a "shemale" or "newhalf" in the commentary is irrelevant. The newhalf tag was explicitly stated in its wiki as being used in a different manner than its actual meaning, which is why it was aliased to futa without pussy. Simply renaming the tag would not work because a lot of users would likely still use "newhalf" (it's faster to type and more familiar to those users).

Despite シーメール being in the commentary, the character looks no different from an ordinary futanari and we have no way visually to tell whether he has female genitalia, so futa without pussy definitively does not apply.

Also, @TheGreens should be aware this isn't how we do things here considering they've been told as much at least three times now, even going into an extensive conversation about it in the forums (most of topic #28612, starting at page 2). Disagreeing with the use of a tag is fine, but changes in how a tag is used has to be agreed upon by the community first. I highly doubt the other members will want to spend their time explaining this again.
