Initially I assumed this was a redraw, but on closer inspection it's clearly a third-party edit. It retains much of the original girl's face and neck, and the outline of anon's head is traced and retains its inner lines. It's pretty obvious, and I apologise for not catching it beforehand.
Since this likely originated as an edit request on a /v/ thread, it likely wasn't intended as plagiarism, but as far as I can tell it still falls under the upload rules' prohibited content. I can't delete it though, so I'll have to leave it up to your descretion.
