Found the artist running the text through Google Translate (and it is the right guy, if you checked the archive of the linked GeoCities site on IA the rest of the art from that circle's doujinns has the same style as his other stuff and if you check the archived Manga links the style is dead on with this), not sure what the original work bit means however and couldn't find anything from that.
