The "it's just a fictional character" defense does not apply to characters portrayed by real-life minors. It's not the same as an adult portraying a minor. People who have drawn pornography of characters played by real-life children would have had to look at the child actor for reference, regardless of whether it's a drawing. Stephanie has only every been played by child actors in the TV show. "well there's an animated version, so how can we say it's based of a kid" They found an actual minor sexually appealing.

This isn't regular lolicon art, the rest of this person's artworks have some weird realistic anatomy and often reference child pornography and child sexual abuse as a concept and how these are children that haven't even started menstruation yet. This shit is downright vile.
Do I think all lolicon and shotacon should be illegal? No, I but drawing a real child has always been the legal line for what is wrong.
