It says "mugleblood." And his maternal grandparents were muggles. So he's hardly as pureblooded as Malfoid.

Don't think he means just this picture, just in general, i myself have also seen like at least a dozen other fanarts all abusing the term "Mudblood" as well and it's not used in the correct context at all.

A large number of artists and people voicing the comics for this Malfoy don't even know how he pronounced Potter, so, safe to say many people are just jumping on the trend and never watched the movies or read the books.

I am pleasantly surprised the artist used Stockings correctly.
