g-defenser

A fictional military spacecraft from the Gundam franchise. It first appeared in the Zeta Gundam anime series from 1985.

FXA-05D G-Defenser

An AEUG heavy attack starfighter developed as a support unit for the Gundam Mk II. It can combine with it, forming the Super Gundam. In this mode the small white core fighter separates from the main unit and gives aerospace support to the Super Gundam. The G-Defenser is operated by Katz Howan.

The unit was destroyed during the final battle of The Gryps War and was never rebuilt for The Second Neo Zeon War.
