Engaging in a role play and/or power exchange dynamic of taking on the persona of a different age group.

Most often takes the form of pretending to be younger, which might be portrayed by using diapers, pacifiers, bibs, toys, kindergarten or school uniforms, and other childish objects.

If a person is specifically pretending to be a baby, adult baby may also be used.

CGL (Caregiver/Little) is an all-encompassing term for dynamics in which the participants pretend to be adults taking care of children. Specifically for BDSM and fauxcest-adjacent roleplay, such subtypes include DDLG (Daddy Dom / Little Girl), MDLB (Mommy Dom / Little Boy), and other combinations.
