Are you all really that dense about WHY the Harbringers haven't tried retaliating? They cant do anything about it bc they're high diplomatic agents of another region. What are they supposed to do anyways against the ruler of said other region where one of diplomatic agent AGREED to a duel to the death and was defeated.
They all knew what their missions entailed and the possibilities of losing their lives.

Diplomatic agents? ... dude, Signora kicked Venti in the balls & ROBBED him! Dottore kidnapped an 11yr old girl & totured her! The Fatui are KGB agents: their only instruction is "get the gnosises."
At 1:02 there's a bunch of anime OPs, I don't want to tag any which I don't recognize nor know where their reference is. Also at 1:02 Amiya and Ch'en perform Kirito and Eugeo's sword routine from the SAO Alicization OP. At 1:08 and 1:11 Gravel and Shamare parody bits from The Seraph of the End OP. At 1:13 Saga parodies the Jujutsu Kaisen OP. And at 1:14 Istina parodies the first Re:Creators OP. Edit: After searching 1:08 seems to be from the Black Bullet OP. And the scroll from 0:56 till 1:02 is from Akame ga Kill's first OP.
So double 0 (or 00 + 0 = triple) on a pair of percentile dice indicates a roll of 100. In most games bigger rolls are usually better, but Call of Cthulhu uses a "roll under" (your skill or sanity or whatever target stat) system so a double 0 is the worst possible roll and is often regarded as a crit fail or fumble.
And since this is Call of Cthulhu... interesting times are ahead.
