It may not need them. If it goes to that case, it looks like it's designed to be an all-in-one board and box, like one of those Apple Minis.
Decent onboard video (Yes, I know that's an oxymoron) and enough USB ports can give you a system that's tiny, compact, power-thrifty, yet still capable of expansion and playing older/less graphically intensive games, and for a relatively low price. The new RAM and OS probably cost more than the system itself did.
The chance you're going to kill a part at any one time is miniscule as long as you're not picking it up by the contacts every time. Pros need to ground themselves because they're doing it all the time. If you're building your dream gaming system, it's not that big of a deal.

The motherboard resembles several Zotac ITX boards from the 775/1156 era, though strangely the one in the drawing lacks a PCIe slot
I'm not sure if the case is any real product, perhaps the design was inspired by something like the Apevia X-QBER-PK or Lian Li PC-Q20 which are as close as I could find, but neither are really close at all.
Absolutely love it, GREAT AND FANTASTIC Psycho reference! I would, however, in the interest of it looking more like a (9/11-ish) terrorist attack, love it even more if maybe someone should make this in an Azumanga Daioh version where Tomo is Konata sneaking in, Kagura is Kagami and Osaka is Tsukasa. And Yomi is Miyuki. Knives need to be heated to 100,000ยฐF. Also their eyes and mouth on all three girls should really be red instead of yellowish-white to signify danger rather than a warning sign in either photo. Then it's wrapped up nicely imo.
