What I'm saying is that people who would venture into the same kind of harsh environment should know what to expect. But yeah, they are not the same in nature.
She's a rabbit thiren which means she has sensitive ears. Wise whispered directly into her ear and that woke her up (in more ways than one). Shunguang (who's also a thiren with big ol' ears) was watching and wants that done to her as well.

I don't know how to edit tags, but this is definitely Asagi. I don't know if she has a full name, but she's a running gag secret character/DLC character in Nippon Ichi's games. She was supposedly originally concept art for the main character of a game that was scrapped and most of her appearances she is trying to steal the role of main character in the game she's a guest in.
The blue top, belt with holster and white hair clip are trademark accessories of Asagi, though this picture lacks her standard white and blue jacket. The hair and eyes are also a perfect match.

I did go ahead and add the Asagiri_Asagi tag and also the Prinny tag. However I don't know who's hat that is in the background. Thought it would be Metallica's, but the gem isn't the right color and the ears (?) while they do match her hair color they don't poke out from under that huge hat of hers.
