Nope. Now Caligula had a horse named Incitatus and sources claim that he planned to make it a consul. However, those sources were commissioned by patricians who hated Caligula, and Roman historians tended to be both biased and rely on unreputable sources. Whether Caligula was mad enough to really try it (the common interpretation), making a joke at the expense of the Senate which was long irrelevant by that point (he did not play nice with the patricians), or the whole episode was just fiction passed off as fact is something we'll never know.

4 sketches the artist posted on twitter before deleting them - Ran into an error while trying to upload then, but had downloaded the images then to upload later, unluckily don't have the url since the tweet was removed. The 4th sketch was a WIP of post #12085970 so I just left that one out. I'd assume they'll probably put out completed versions of these three, but sucks to have lost media and better to have these out there in case.
