I remember how a lot of folks wanted so badly for Flayn to be in FW just because Seteth was there. Even though all the evidence pointed to it being a prequel (remember that after the War of Heroes, Flayn fell into a deep coma that she only awoke from shortly before the events of Three Houses), everyone kept leaning towards sequel for some reason.

Yeah okay, cool.
Neat.
Great. Awesome. Lit. Dope. Fire. Sick. Cash. Bussin'. Based. Peak. Goat. Schway. Even downright skibidi.
I know it's fucking slang. I disagree with this apparent compulsion to keep using other words that already mean different things as synonyms for the same god damn thing. It's bad enough that you can't even say something to utterly basic as "come" without it having sexual connotations now. Don't even get me started on "literally".
I hate this. I hate the people who do this. The least they can do is to consistently distinguish these terms by some nuance, such as "based" indicating authenticity. And the exact point of a term like "peak" would by the original meaning be that it is the best, and there's no degrees of peak, only a binary "is" or "not".
If you can't even hold to such nuances, then I don't think we should even call it slang. It's just slop.
