There is something uniquely morbid about this. A little girl who will grow up and live without struggle, what she knows of it is literally framed in her gaze, but only in other people's lives. She is so far removed from the urban machinations that grip those below her that she casually dresses and acts like a fairy tale princess, a placid life of fantasy. What will be the end point of this innocent routine, The forceful notice that says "You're not a child anymore"?
lol Sadly this is exactly why in some places in the world breaking up with, disowning (if it's family) or divorcing someone who gambles is not shunned it's actually encouraged to do so.
The urge is too strong for them and nothing but utter ruin and probably just death will cure them of it.
If you're in a relationship with someone who gambles, please do yourself a favor and leave them immediately or set up a hard limit and leave if they cross it. It'll only bring you down either financially or emotionally.

From the countries I know of, not really. Investing in stuff is basically taking a gamble but it's less a game of chance and more reading the flow of economics. However, I don't THINK they look kindly upon that being your main method of income (unless you strike it rich).
