As a Ex azur lane fan, It is kinda sad to see the direction of the game is going into. Gone were the days where characters traits (personality, clothing, body) and interactions were based on the ships construction, it's quirks, the crew feats and glory in battle.
We all at one point were happy to be labelled as degenerated History buffs, now it is just degenerates. Good for those degenerates, at least they are happy.
Another thing, I want to point that is the pure irony that is early azur lane tried so hard to distance itself from kantai collection via using exotic, sexually suggestive but still grounded designs that help early azur lane thrived but ended up straying too far into the former that it causes itself to lose its identity and became another generic gooner bait game.
I guess the Chinese saying "水能载舟、亦能覆舟" "the ocean can support the boat, but also can capsized said boat" ended being true for azur lane (makes the sentence even more ironic when you consider what azur lane is known for)
Oh! I suppose making the mace head out of brass would be rather efficient in terms of outfitting cost, eh? Little to no loss in effectiveness since it's all about mass.
