wavy speech bubble
A speech bubble with a wavy border. Ranges from being wobbly to being shaped like a cloud. Usually used to indicate trembling voice and depict thought bubbles, especially when dreaming or imagining. Does not apply to conjoined speech bubbles unless the border is wavy all over.
If the border primarily has spikes use spiky speech bubble instead.
