Sephiroth Wiki | Danbooru

The main antagonist of Final Fantasy VII and its spinoffs. Voiced by Morikawa Toshiyuki in Japanese and George Newbern in English.

A former member of the Shinra Electric Company, commander of SOLDIER, and the primary antagonist of Final Fantasy VII and Advent Children, and featured in Before Crisis, Crisis Core and Ever Crisis.

His remnants are Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz. His theme song is the famed One-Winged Angel (overshadowing his original theme, Those Chosen by the Planet).

He has long grey hair with parted bangs and green eyes. He wears a long black coat with silver pauldrons, black boots, and black pants. He wields a long katana named Masamune.

The Compilation's modified Sephiroth's design (debuting in Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children) uses the changed SOLDIER logo, turns his chest straps black, and replaces his belt with buckles on his coat. Super Smash Bros. uses the same design with brown chest straps. Final Fantasy VII Remake gives him a new belt and buckled coat. His Dissidia Final Fantasy series design has a buckle coat with its own unique belt, dangly bits from his pauldrons, a purple sash thing on his right arm, and feather-tipped fabric around his right leg. He first appeared with a single wing in Kingdom Hearts I, which has since appeared in various other canon depictions.

For the concept of the Sephiroth in the Jewish Kabbalah, see Sefirot.
