partially blind
When a character is blinded in one eye. This can be distinguished by one of their sclera being colored white (creating a heterochromia effect), the blind eye being closed, or a scar across eye). In many cases, this will correlate with a corneal scar.
Note that not all characters that wear an eyepatch over one eye is partially blind.
