mermay
MerMay is an online drawing challenge held throughout the month of May that invites artists to create a mermaid illustration each day. It was created in 2016 by former Disney animator Tom Bancroft after a drawing of his featuring mermaids went viral.
Usually artists share their creations on social media using the hashtag #MerMay.
