フリオニール

Lead character of Final Fantasy II. Known as Frioniel in the Japanese version.

Warrior for Cosmos in Dissidia Final Fantasy. Voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch.

Firion's design changes in each port and title. The designs can broadly be split into the following:

  • The red armor design. In the original Famicom release, Firion appeared with a modified FFI Warrior sprite, red hair included (asset #49798339). The WonderSwan Color version adapted this armor onto the grey hair headscarf Firion.
  • The black armor design. This is his Dissidia Final Fantasy design that is based on the original Famicom box artwork (asset #49798633) and artwork done for the PSP version (asset #49798636).
  • The purple armor design, known as "Resolute Rebel". This is Amano's red cloak design (post #311246), and is an alternate outfit in Dissidia titles.
    • A gold armor recolor (post #309309) artwork adapted for the EX Mode in Dissidia.
  • The blue armor design. This first appeared in GBA artwork and then provided the basis for the PSP and Pixel Remaster sprites.
  • The Bone Band design is from another Amano artwork (asset #49798669) and is adapted for Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy.
