elotes doro
Elotes Doro was a Mexican street food restaurant located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. They specialized in corn-based dishes like elotes (grilled corn on the cob) and esquites (boiled corn kernels served in a cup).
The business was founded by a fan of the video game Goddess Of Victory: Nikke which resulted in the character Doro being incorporated in its branding, interior decor, and menu item naming.
In September 2026, the business announced a planned rebranding and visual redesign following discussions with Shift-Up who is the current trademark holder of the character. (Tweet 1, Tweet 2)
