A fanmade "dark" version of Barnaby Brooks Jr. from Tiger & Bunny. Has an ouroboros tattoo on his right hand, and is often depicted as also wearing a black suit with a red undershirt.
Although the most common depiction of him comes from an MMD video, the concept for the character originates from a scene at the end of in episode 18 where Barnaby has a delirious vision of himself as the killer of his parents.
