Community made stickers used on the Korean social media platform arca.live, usually drawn in a chibi style.
Arcacons are user made and the names of their creators can be found under the title of the arcacon pack. Artists usually post the arcacons they've made on boards, which tend to be higher quality than ones available on the arcacon pack's page.
