A meme based on a reaction by Nikaido Yoriko in a scene from Taiho Shichauzo. In the scene, Yoriko is confronted for a wrongdoing and attempts to excuse her actions by making a cute pose, touching her head with both hands, slightly tilting it, and smiling with her eyes closed and her tongue out.
The pose is typically used in a context where somebody tries to brush off their mistake with an innocent expression.
