[Fire at My Heels] Kitasan Black

    (I knew you'd come, Dia!)

Ahhh, it's as beautiful as I imagined.

I can hear the exhausted pants.
Her kicking footsteps are getting closer.
Those eyes, glimmering like sparkling jewels,
    blind me even from behind.
I won't let up, not even for a second.

(I won't let you pass me.)

After all, the road before me is just as bright.

The memory of bitter defeat from being outran by the slightest of margins is still firmly etched in my mind.
We ran with full force and full spirit,
eyes set on the finish line.

    I struggled, I felt regret...
    But I also had fun.
I'm not going to lose again.
    I don't want to lose.

    (And yet...)

    She's closing in.
    Her desire to win...
It draws near, growing hotter and hotter,
until I can feel it blaze across my back.

(Are you having fun too, Dia?)

Soon, you'll be at my side.
And I bet you'll be smiling.
I know because I'm smiling too.
How can you not when having this much fun?
I want to keep on smiling until the very end.
    That's why...

    "The real race starts now!
And this time, I'm going to win!"

The stream of salt this artwork gave to people is incomparable.

I got her at my 2nd pull

Also, the card you see pop every time in career mode when you speed boost.

There is nothing else to say than: "HARIKITTE IKOU!!!!!!!"

Reminder that this very card brought so much salt to the Korean playbase they staged a protest truck PROTEST HORSE CARRIAGE right in front of the HQ of the localizing publisher. On top of suing them, like, for real, in court.

(It's all on Kakao Games though for ending her banner early without advanced notification. And of course they messed up many times prior to this.)

Anyone know this gets a rerun?

Pretty sure there'll be an SSR support card exchange that you can select this card for in the next 6 months or so.
Also, you can still pull the Kitasan card in regular gachas.

The card is actually reflecting reality.

Kitasan keeps inviting the horse next to him to do endless running, so the horse next to him ends up losing weight.
So they started putting overwight horses in the pasture next to him to make them lose weight.
Once they slim down, they swap them out with another overweight horse.

When Kitasan Black retired, he was very active—running around and challenging stallions in the neighboring paddocks. This kept his body extremely fit—perhaps too fit—since it's actually better for stallions to carry a bit more weight for their stud duties. This worried the staff- so they gave him heavier horseshoes. but in the end, Kitasan just trained harder and ended up becoming even fitter.
