Does anyone know what an iwara video is? I am getting the impression this is a cosplay AV shoot, but don't want to apply the cosplay tags until I understand what an iwara video shoot is.

Iwara is a japanese H website, usually filled with MMD animations. You can just google it and see for yourself

Go to iwara dot tv in a private place, you will know it.

For tagging, they are not cosplay, just artist expressions on what iwara is.

Pretty much, the Sin Sack and his variants is basically the most common mob character you will see on that site.
