Possibly not the origin, but I've found nearly 400 posts on Twitter inspired by this piece.

It's not uncommon that the originator of the design and the originator of it gaining widespread popularity are two separate people.

I can see why those previous “Brazil Mikus” didn’t catch on. Imo the character design is much better on this recent one.

A lot of the recent fanart is taking inspiration from this one, but it started as a tiktok trend with this (3 days prior)
https://www.tiktok.com/@akioskdebap/video/7402925271365537030
Still jorts, crop top and tanlines here, but the top is Brazil national team, with white socks, yellow scrunchies instead of earrings, and no white frames on the sunglasses.
Seems that the song and boombox also go more with the tiktok trend than with the art trend version.

Edit: Oh I see, post #8030860 / topic #28560 has erinartista being first on this.

If the original Miku dominates the world with her music, why can't a Miku dominate Brazil? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm proud that she has secured a wave of fans and divine illustrations here. ❤️😊

I have not seen an explosion like this since the Great Bowsette Eruption circa 2018

So this is where it all began

Her right leg appears to have come off her hip, it looks horrible.
