Nah. The guy can't have all of the Barioth skills, since he's only wearing the Vambraces and the Helmet, most likely for Evasion +2. And if he had the godly Evasion +7 two slot talisman, there would be no need for the Helmet. I think the girl is wearing full Lagiacrus armor. I'm not sure though, since having Bhabrahdgjkwh armor with Sabertooth Lance would be pretty pointless.
Guy: Bnahabra Legs, Belt and Torso Barioth Gauntlets and Helmet Giginox weapon Girl: Lagiacrus Legs and Gauntlets Bnahabra Belt and Torso Jhen Moran Helmet Barioth Weapon
Can't say anything on the skills though (never played TRI)
I play with this exact armor set a lot. Bnahabra + Barioth would give you Evasion +2, Status Atk Up, and Razor Sharp. They both have on the Bnahabra armor, but I'm not really sure why the female's headgear looks like a headband. Maybe it's the Barioth Gunner headgear? I'm not very familiar with Gunner sets.
Only thing that bothers me with this picture is the female, she looks like she's using the Sabertooth (G), which is an Ice elemental lance, which would make using the Bnahabra armor almost pointless. Only thing she's really getting from it is Razor Sharp. Although now that I look closer, she may be wearing the Lagiacrus leggings. Gah! I don't know. I have no idea what she's thinking!
