Youmu dies.

Nah, she'll just loose a little off the top and be doing a Jesus impression with her hand. Sakuya's gonna take the rest of the bullet in the jaw. This will cause her to drop her knife, making Marisa join in the Jesus impersonating. The broom will goose Reimu and trip Sakuya. Sakuya will knock the sword away and into Cirno. Cirno's wings look sharp enough so they'll cause a Prismriver domino effect that will, suprisingly, still make good music.
*deep breath*
Tewi, who was already untying Aya's panties, gets knocked down when Lunasa pulls Mystia with her. When Aya ducks down noticing her panties are falling she is caught in Medicine's poison cloud and turns dilusional. Lusting after the biggest thing around (Yuka's umbrella) makes Yuka, who looks like she already wants a slice of Tengu Pie anyway, go berserk. Komachi carries everyone to the other side where they're judged by Yama.

Somewhere in the background, Yukari is laughing.

I guess Tro does know when to make the busts mundane when has to.
