I was wondering when someone would do this.

So, Fourth Wave confirmed Saten's ability?

Master Spark?

I don't think so. When she used the Level Upper she became a Level 1 telekinetic (that or she was levitating the leaves by manipulating wind), and given how Fourth Wave works (absorbtion and release of temperature) it sounds more like that would be Uiharu's ability if she were ever to reach Level 4 or 5.
