It is pretty damn hilarious

The artist is poking fun at Fuuka's Persona being Juno aka Hera, the wife of Zeus. Hera was often represented my eyes or something (I know for sure she was symbolized with eyes in The Legendary Journeys of Hercules with Kevin Sorbo), so she often saw all of Zeus's scenes of unfaithfulness, kind of like how Fuuka saw P3 MC's scenes of unfaithfulness.

Both guys are huge pimps.

Hera was also a Jealous bitch. Though i guess its understanable when your husband goes around banging every chick he sees.
