I'd imagine Marisa calling her overinflated or a cow just due to Ran's two Very Large advantages over Marisa. I'd imagine Ran in turn saying he might prefer a Woman instead of a girl.

I think the look on Ran's face is because she is enjoying Marisa's reaction to being clingy with Rinnosuke. She is a fox youkai after all.
