The joke here is that throughout the Ryuu Ga Gotoku games (up to Of the End/Dead Souls so far), player characters cannot knock over female NPCs while walking around in non-combat mode--only male NPCs can be knocked to the ground, while female NPCs will only act as if they were bumped into, no matter how fast you run into them.

I wonder if something like that is the result of some absurd content restriction law in Japan.

If that's not enough, players can always go to the "Asia" gentlemen's club in Ryuu Ga Gotoku 3 and 4 to get all the eyefuls they want.
