Maybe I'm reading too much into it but it seems the theme here is simply that yuri is perverse, wrong and corrupts men. In any case its strange that yuri of all things is seen as the extreme perverse here.

From the way other operators are talking about it, it doesn't seem just "Doctor has an interest in yuri and the girl ops are grossed out by that" it sounds more like "Doctor is interested in yuri but is abrasive about it." Maybe forcing his 'pairings' on operators and generally being slimy about it. For example: there's a difference between supporting homosexual love and fetishising it to a disgusting degree (think like fujoshi) to where you 'ship' real people.
I know right? In that case, that would apply to ALL explicit media having a corrupting effect (Unless you're just homophobic or a bigoted asshole). Honestly seems very old-fashioned in its portrayal, no gonna lie.
