Just use a master Spark on her. It would be simple,clean and you don't have to dirty your hands with blood. Plus there won't really be much evidence to who did it since Marisa can just Blame it on Yuka,who was the one that invented master Spark anyway.

Dude the blood and violence is the entire point. This isn't an assassination this is PUNISHMENT. A clean death by vaporization is simply not befitting the offense at all. She must SUFFER for her sins.
