Good to see the kid's grown up and gone her own way, really takes the nervous tension out of senpai's shoulders.

Modern Feminism tells us that relationships between male superiors and female subordinates are inherently misogynistic and exploitative, and that no meaningful consent is possible in such circumstances, so it does senpai's heart glad to see Mash has finally taken her attention off him and he can breathe easier.

...Now if the Stalker Trio's attentions could be pulled off him, that'd be just great. Hmm, Arash has Toughness EX which makes him able to stand Serenity's poisons, right?

Yeah, no, that's second wave feminism, and it's a long way off from being modern now. We're on fourth wave, which is a lot more sex-positive.

Not to mention that Mash's a superhuman demiservant working on a voluntary basis. Workplace power disparity issues kinda don't apply to end-of-the-world mutual aid scenarios.

From my experience, superior-subordinate relationships are increasingly looked down upon, regardless of gender. At least in California.

    You must be kidding me.

Feminism has gotten so utterly butthurt that they've decided it's men's fault for not approaching after they've convinced men of these four points (all reasonable in moderation, but it's not the sensible people who cause problems, hmm?):

    1. Don't approach women at school, they're there to learn--seems reasonable, also saves us some distraction.
    2. Don't approach women at work, they're there to work--reasonable, everyone who'd listen to you at all knows that there are idiots who buzz around like extra-large horseflies which you can't just swat to death without severe consequences.
    3. Don't approach women in public, they're there to do other business, even if that business is looking for men, if you need to think about whether you're up to spec, you're not, same principle as "if you need to ask about the price, you can't afford it"--seems legit, we guys wouldn't want to be accosted at random while preoccupied either, so this is alright.
    4. Don't approach women in private, you could seem intimidating--sure, lots of people (men and women) don't have the ability to go "I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me" so okay then.

And now they finally realized being rejected hurts (yes, men can be emotionally affected by rejection, just because we don't show it doesn't mean we don't have feelings, but everyone knows that "Man doesn't open up emotionally = emotional abuse of woman" and "Man opens up emotionally = emotional labour for woman" which is a cue for men to go "I choose None of the Above") and that they don't have enough practice withstanding rejection to shrug it off easily. So now they add #5:

    5. It is a misogynistic power play to force women to approach--as if it wasn't a power play for women to make men fall all over themselves to amuse them? Look, even if you hate us this much, we haven't really decided to bother hating you back yet, so piss off.

The problem is the plague of spoilt Karens after we save the world. They sleep soundly at night because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf, but they keep screeching about it.

Which is why Medusa went insane and turned into Gorgon and ate the two ungrateful bullies who'd tormented her to that point.

This is my experience throughout the Western World, but mostly in the "man bad" sense.

I invite y'all to take a gander at my FGO self-insert fic where I find myself technically "involuntarily" celibate, initially because the only person I am at equal rank to is Ritsuko (i.e. Gudako) and the eight-year age gap is too much in my opinion, and later because it falls to me to counter Tiamat if she loses her shit again.

Okay I probably should have nipped this in the bud, but this isn't the place for whatever nonsense is being espoused.
