@DivineEspadas You have not adequately proven that this image came from that site. You can't assume simply because the image is similar to other posts from a different source that it must also have come from that source.
Putting the title as the source is common, especially back then, when uploading assets extracted from a game or a visual novel. It is very likely this is the case, which would explain the difference in dimensions. That said, I can't confirm whether this is actually a game asset, so I won't be tagging it as such. Similarly, this post shouldn't be tagged cropped or third-party edit unless you can definitively prove that is the case.
