This is really good, actually.

Great! The version at nico got cut to half. Glad to watch the full version.Btw, yuuka is going to conquer Gensokyo

This is the only song on the album worth listening to.

I lol'd at yamane's Kisume attack.
on a side note, since when did Yuuka have wings!?

Since Kioh Gyoku.

cool name *0*

Awesome.

I knew it its going to be this video. :D

What if Yuka and the others were in Brawl. I would be playing as them. =D

Nice work

This looks like the trailer of what would be the best Touhou game ever...

...so of course it's not going to be anything.

I can see it. It would be a team game, like IN taken to the max. Right from that video I can see the pairings:

Sakuya/Youmu (servants)
Alice/Medicine (doll & dollmaster) <---- !!!!!
Reisen/Tewi (rabbits)
Chen/Orin (cats) <---- !!!!!!
Aya/Utsuho (ravens) <---- !!!!!
Suika/Yuugi (oni) <------ !!!!!
Kisume/Yamame (see the video)
Mystia and all three Prismrivers as a four-way team (musical characters)

Etc. Etc.
The bosses would be the five season themed characters (Aki sisters, Letty, Lily White, Yuka).

God damn this would be awesome. It would showcase obscure characters, finally offer a proper amount of content, and be the fucking culmination of anything Touhou that has come so far. FUCK, WHY CAN'T THIS BE REAL?

This is really awesome. Best thing Iosys has done since Marisa Stole the Precious Thing (nothing will ever top that, though), and probably their best animated flash overall. I loved when it showed Cirno and pals flying over the water.

whats the whole thing behind Mima and Yuka again? iv forgoten and cant seem to find any answer anywere >_<

in the song, Yuka says:
"Be happy" are the words you say
there is no one stronger
no one could ever replace you

this while thinking of Mima. Then starts the fight between the 4 original girls, with Yuka seeing if they can hold a candle to Mima

If ZUN did make this into an actual game, I get the feeling that at least a few characters would die...

4 characters? Heresy! I'd rather see it as unique playstyle where each time you enter 'shift' mode, you switch Prismriver sister. That way you could scroll through which partner you need for the moment.

Actually, some these could be more hinting towards match-ups rather than them working together...

No its actually match ups based on a notorious thing in common
Dolls
species
etc
its not like OH RABBITS THEY DO A COUPLE JUST BECUASE OF THAT

Also aya is a crow

also forgot to say there is a bunch of groups made
mystia and 3 prim sisters
3 fastest being in gensokyo (aya marisa and youmu)
Baka team with the 3 faeries added and daiyousei
the seasons people
The fight in the end its the only chars from the pre windows touhou
and it goes on and on
so yeah you can make alot lot lot of groups

that doesnt mean any couple please dont fangirl about stuff

I think you misunderstand me. By match-ups I meant facing each other as opponents.

crows are a subrace of ravens
ravens ar stronger smarter and bigger than crows
(well in okuus case you can cut the smart)

Now that I think about it... That one scene in the vid seems to hint that Maribel Han and Yuka know each other...

I think it's the other way around: ravens are a type of crow...

Am I the only one who noticed that when maribel faced "yuuka", "yuuka's" eyes were blue not red?

suddenly... SUNFLOWERS!

I believe that Mima is involved with this. Watch the movie again and you'll see what I'm getting at.

I think you may be right, as the hair color isnt the same

I listened to this with my head phones, the sound quality was so wonderful I almost cried.

I think it could possible be Sanae. I'll give a few points to back up my theory:

1. The top return when searching "touhou blue_eyes green_hair" was Sanae.
2. There's a doujin where Maribel and Sanae sense each other through the barrier, and they even make physical contact with each other.

The problems with this theory are:

1. Sanae didn't appear officially with blue eyes until Touhou Hisoutensoku, which came out 9 months after this video was posted on Danbooru.
2. Most of her official pictures show her with a "hime cut", and not with her bangs splitting her eyes. The closest to this hairstyle is once again her picture in Hisoutensoku.
3. A more subjective point, but the eyes don't look like "Sanae eyes".

This may be old, but saying it's Sanae makes a VERY good point. She's the only one with both, minus Yukari, that could have an connection to them...

I lol'd when Yamame threw Kisume at the screen.

She and Marisa have them in Seihou. The implication is that Yuka's holding absolutely nothing back, and Marisa is a Youkai Magician.

I thought this was one of Akebosi Rockets' Touhou songs, but I guess it's still IOSYS!
