Oh, that's definitely Komashu in some fashion. That's a Komashu blush and a Komashu smile. I guess we'll have to see more strips to figure out exactly what her plan is, but it's clear that she's here to have her way with him in some fucked-up fashion.

My current guesses: (a) Komashu has possessed Mama; (b) Gudao is asleep and Komashu's invaded his dreams and taken Mama's form. Either way, she's wearing Mama's shape so as to circumvent the last few tattered shreds of morality he still possesses.

The only way things could be better worse is if she uses a similar technique to try to molest Mama as well, as if Komashu were some kind of loli Frank N. Furter.
