So is all this relating to an actual MMO he's playing or what?
Given the translator comments...
I'd feel bad for him if he actually played this game. You know "Game of War: Fire Age?" Do you hate it?
This game seems to be the Chinese equivalent of that travesty.
Basically, these memes are all about a terrible pay-to-win browser game called "Legend of Blue Moon", which embodies nearly every single aspect of terrible pay-to-win browser games. Some of the earlier memes include false advertising about how easy it is to level up, how powerful the player can become when they supposedly start with only a basic weapon, etc, etc.
This is, according to the translator comment for this specific image, a meme about a catchphrase used in the game's advertising campaigns.
EDIT: Shangguan Feiying is a woman, so "her" is more accurate. The feeling sorry for her still stands if she actually played this game.
8PM tonaite, come faite me if yuu dare, pal.
One of the infamous brainwashing Legend of Blue Moon commercial lines. Often spoken in terribly accented, barely recogniziable Mandarin, as the brand representatives are Hong Kong celebrities and speak Cantonese on daily basis.
